Whether you use your own funds or the proceeds from your sale is up to you. In most cases, there is a waiting period of 3-5 days before you get the funds for your order from the payment processor on your store, which combined with the extended shipping times that come with using Oberlo, can result in dissatisfaction from customers. For this reason, it's recommended you purchase the item to ship to your customer before those funds arrive at your bank to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent customers from requesting a refund while the item is in transit.

No, it's getting worse. We have been through Security Review 3 times and sent in over 25 documents. We have 5 CC authorized which is the MAX you can have. The very occasional seller will take Paypal, like 1 in 100.
We use one CC to pay for International orders and one for USA until they stop working. We have found doing 1-3 orders at a time works best. Uusally 1 order at a time for International and up to 4 for USA.
Aliexpress is just an incompetent business. I highly recommend you sameple a few items and then just buy a few dozen at $3-$5 off and ship them yourselves, you'll be a lot happer :-)

Quality problems with Oberlo Supply & AliExpress in general by Betty
Has anyone else faced quality problems with Oberlo Supply items?
On top of shipping problems (about 15% of my orders have taken more than a week to ship out, one nearly a month), I've faced a series of quality issues. I'm selling women's apparel and I'm seeing negative feedback from customers (thankfully some of it has been via email rather than social media) for issues like poor stitching/split seams, missing buttons, broken zippers.
I suspect that switching suppliers (to a non-Oberlo Supply source) may only solve the fulfillment problem The products that I'm selling are available at multiple stores on AliExpress, but I'm sure they all originate from the same manufacturer.
The products look like what I want to sell, but the quality is abysmal. We've only lost money. Thinking of throwing in the towel.

Hi, as the title states I singed up for the 14 day trial a bit ago and it ends on the 1st and began putting together my store during that time, and I could use some tips, how can I set it that the customer just fills in his shipping information and there is no pre calculation as I plan to just enter the information via banggood itself.

you are right,switch suppliers can't slove the basic quality problem.When you import the products to your shop,do you check the rating,feedback,sales of the product and the supplier?That could help you to identify before you are selling.
If you sell a lot of some products,you can ask someon0e to send you a sample to check the quality first,that can avoid some problems.Or you can ask someone to help you to check the sample and make a vedio for you.

I'm not sure if this exactly answers what you are after, but please feel free to post again for some more clarification on how you are using this dropshipper on your site.
Each order placed through the Shopify checkout, regardless of channel, requires the customer to enter the details listed under Settings > Checkout. This includes customer name address and contact details.
If you are using an integration to help with shipping and fulfillment you can often choose whether or not you'd like to have this automated or manual. For the Bang good integration, it might be best to contact them directly for more details (or the app developer you're using if that applies).
- TaoImporter - Copy Products from Taobao, Tmall, Aliexpress, Alibaba, Dhgate, Etsy, Bangood, Rakuten, Ebay, Tmart, Overstock, Flipkart, SheIn is one app I've seen that integrates with the company you've mentioned.
Details like shipping rates would also be calculated and charged at this time, so I would suggest reviewing the pricing for this.

I once bought 300 iphone 7 cases from Alibaba, they were really cheap there ... I would say you should start looking for internet´s guides on how to shop on Alibaba. You have to be really careful when selecting a seller. And you have to have in mind that there are a lot of fakes products being sold on Alibaba. For example, before paying anything I had the seller send me a picture of the phone cases with my name on it and the date and time to make sure they were a real company :/
There are a lot of tips you can find on google. Just google search it.
