I end up having to take many clients onto Volusion instead of Shopify over those EXACT two issues. $179 a month to get calculated shipping (included in all accounts at Volusion FREE) is RIDICULOUS.
Also ridiculous that quantity-discounts are not native to the platform (for all accounts).
