I have two competitors who are based in the US and ship products directly from Taiwan to individuals in the US.
The customers are only charged the landed cost including flat rate shipping, they don't have to worry about duties or processing fees, somehow those are handled by the sellers. One ships with DHL, one with USPS (I assume it leaves Taiwan through EMS.)
I would like to achieve the same thing, except with parcels originating from Europe.
I have found a few services that allow US-based sellers to sell abroad by either charging a delivered duty paid cost or by providing a reliable estimation of the total landed cost.
However I haven't found anything comparable that allows such terms when selling to US customers.
